da winzada777: Leeds fans have been left worried and rather baffled over the fitness of Adam Forshaw after journalist Phil Hay confirmed the midfielder was still out injured.
da dobrowin: Forshaw has been out of action for a considerable period of time now and hasn’t played for the Whites since September when he played 45 minutes against Charlton.
Featuring in seven matches this term, the 28-year-old had been a key part of Leeds’ quick start to the 2019/20 campaign.
Marcelo Bielsa’s men had lost just one game the central midfielder appeared in as Forshaw’s consistent performances aided the team a great deal. His ball retention was a particular highlight, maintaining a pass success rate of 89.7%.
He had also been a threat in the opposition penalty area before sustaining his injury, registering 1.9 shots per game. That being said, he still hasn’t scored since the 2015/16 season.
Hay’s update left supporters of the club rather bewildered as they took to Twitter to discuss Forshaw. One compared him to Davide Somma, a man who endured nine knee operations before calling time on his career.

A further individual claimed he was a myth because of how long his injury had been.
Here’s the best of the reaction from Bielsa’s press conference on Thursday afternoon.
