That’s raised questions over whether Arsenal should still be employing the 3-4-3 system that provided an uplift in results at the end of last season or reverting back to Arsene Wenger’s more tried and trusted 4-5-1 setup.
We asked Gunners fans for their opinions on the matter earlier this week and although the majority chose to stick with 3-4-3, it’s rather telling that 44% opted for 4-5-1. Clearly, a significant chunk of the Arsenal faithful aren’t convinced by the gaffer’s current setup.
